that all our installers must become a certified professional installer manditory for the installer and is a recurring cost
that they must pay every year. Our installers must retake the courses every year to become re-certified in LCD TV Installation,
Plasma TV Installation, and Home Theater Installation. At HD Installers every installer must have a minimum 5 years of certified
professional experience. That means the newest installer that would come out to your house to do their very first installation
with us have already invested approximately $10,000.00 of their own money and about 6 months of training on our software and
policies. How much have you or your friend invested in learning how to install your LCD or plasma television installation?
How much training have you or your friend gone through to learn how to properly install your investment. The other reason
you don't want to use a friend to install your TV or just do it yourself installation with new LCD or plasma TV is because

I must apologize to those who got
there home theater systems installed by one of the " big chain stores", prior to this letter. Some time ago I discovered that,
When a individual goes to a major chain store and purchases a flat screen tv and or home theater installation, that over 70%
of that install fee goes directly to pay for ??MANAGEMENT?? . All the customer wants is to pay a contractor to come
out an hang their TV. Not for some ceo to drive a big fancy car. So I called all three of the major chains, one of which had no install force at all, but they could
send out a store associate to do the job as soon as he was done cleaning the restrooms. The other two wanted $399.00 or more.
I went online and looked at web sites until I was cross eyed, and still found nothing under $299.00 for the basic on
wall install with wires concealed. Did I mention that the install prices I found did NOT include the mount, HDMI cables
( which if your hooking up HD cable and "Blu-Ray" dvd, you will need 2 of ), power bridge or electrical outlet?
Those items will add up to about the same price as the install you just paid the store $300.00 to complete or more.
So.. now it's a $600.00 or more install and you still have a 5.1 sound system to get installed!! That was another install
fee at around $500.00.(not including speaker brackets or extra wire if needed). Also! Did they ask you if you want to
see the wires or not ? All these fees add up to over $1000.00. We feel that this is to high a price for the average home owner .
THAT WAS IT!! I decided,
That with gas approching $4.00 a gal. and the cost of food getting out of hand. The average joe needed to have an Installation

not have anything to do with your install, Just doesn't make sense, So - why pay for them? All of the installers
