PRE-INSTALL SURVEY FORM* We do not accept payment until the job is complete. The way
it will be handled is to protect us both during and after the install. We will fill out a pre-install survey form, that
will be consistent with what you and your technician talked about in regards to the install we are there to complete. The
form will consist of a list of all materials and labor needed to complete your install. We will begin the install not before
but after the form is explained to the customer and the customer is aware that the form obligates the customer to pay for
the content listed on the form including prices, materials, labor, miscl. and tax. If the customer does not agree to the prices
or content of the form he/she can deny and request another form be filled out with different content to change price or cancel
the install at NO cost to the customer. We will accept a payment of cash, check or credit card. The payment is due at the
end of the installation which will be depicted by the signing of the work order(separate from the pre-install form). You will
then be given a receipt. Warranty/Returned items* We offer a FREE 3 year warranty on all of our materials, they
also have the factory 1 year warranty. Any and all of our products and materials are returnable and replaceable, we do not
refund cash, check or credit payments or give credits toward installation for returned products only exchange for new or other
products of same value. Our Lifetime warranty on our labor requires that no other company or technician service or add to
installations warrantied by onthewallTVinstall.com. Any attempt to service, re-wall mount, re-install, de-install, repair
or in any way alter the install done by onthewallTVinstall.com will immediately void any warranty provided by onthewallTVinstall.com.
We do NOT refund payments for labor for any reason, Labor is NOT refundable at ALL. REFUNDS OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY REASON
WILL BE PAID NO LONGER THAN 60 DAYS FROM REQUEST TIME. No refund will be paid before an investigation is applied to the request,
we will allow 30 to 60 days to determine the actual cause of the issue that is yielding a refund. Liability* We promise to obey our strict "TOUCHLESS SERVICE POLICY "
while in your home. This will reduce the chances of minor damage and repair, also we will document the condition of your home
by entering the proper info into the work order fully, and taking pictures of the location with a high definition 1080 camera
for the best detial documentation. then a picture will be taken after the job is complete. This allows us to properly provide
information in the event of confusion or the need of assistance, the pic will help us to do so. While providing documentation
of what happened on that day as well. Damages We do not replace TVs due to existing
or occurring damage. The TV & components will be inspected before installation. The work order will include any and all
damages on it, existing or new. The installation process will be handled with care to the most extreme extent. Your TV can
only be replaced by OnTheWallTVinstall.com when the damage is directly caused by the installation process or installer. Stress
cracks and factory flaws are to be considered when inspecting the TV before installation, as they are common. (suggestion)
Always purchase an additional coverage warranty from TV dealer. We do not
replace or repair or or in any way assume responsibilty to any furniture that is moved by onthewallTVinstall.com. No furniture
should be in any technicians way. By allowing us to complete an install in your home you have agreed to be soley responsible
for your own furniture placement and condition, if any furniture is to be moved by one of onthewallTVinstall.com's installers
then the customer agrees to assume all responsibility for the furniture & bits saftey & condition, there should NOT
be any furniture to move by us (onthewallTVinstall.com) anyway.
Returned Checks* There will be a $49.50
returned check fee charged for returned checks. NON negotiable. We do not accept starter checks and may refuse an out-of-state check. A
10.00 per day charge applies.(after third day of unpaid balance due to returned checks)
